Is GST included?+

Yes. Every price on this page includes 15% GST. What you see is what you pay.

Do you charge per person?+

No. Everyone in your team is free.

What do we pay for?+

Forwarders pay for each shipment, container depots for each container unpacked, and customs brokers for each customs entry. Jobs that fail and drafts your team rejects are free.

How does the $49 work?+

You pay $49 at the start of each month. It counts towards that month's jobs, so a forwarder's first eight shipments are already paid for.

Can we try it first?+

Yes. For your first weeks Artemis just watches your real work and shows what it would do. You pay only the $49.

What if a payment fails?+

You keep full use for 14 days while you update your card. After that your account can only be viewed. Your data is never deleted and you can always download it.

Do we need to replace our freight system?+

No. Artemis works from your email and the papers you already receive, alongside the systems you use today.
